Anyhoo, if you like those kind of games you might want to check out Atomz
It was a relatively quick game to write, but it was mainly to test my AS3 graphics class in the wild.
Blast should be finished fairly soon, too. but you know, I always say that.

Atomz is great! I sat staring at the little… atoms… exploding for a good 20 minutes. It looks good. Even though silly addictinggames.com has it displayed at twice the size and the graphics got a little pixelated and wonky. Good stuff though, good stuff.
You should consider a 2nd version of Atomz that has molecules with different numbers of particles, instead of all having 3.
